feat: add diary (/diary) command with calendar parsing via Playwright

- Parse school diary calendar HTML table for daily/weekly/monthly views
- Cache diary data with 5-minute TTL
- Inline keyboard for today/tomorrow/week/month selection
- Ukrainian month/weekday names and formatting
