The user.css subPath mount points to glance-config, which does not contain that key. Use glance-assets, where the CSS is defined.

Validation: verified the mount resolves to an existing ConfigMap key; YAML lint and kubeconform. This changes the pod template and recreates the Glance pod when applied.
